Who we are
Black Diamond Protection ("we", "us") provides close protection and security services across the United Kingdom, Europe and worldwide. We are the data controller for personal information submitted through this website. Contact: dalpinder02@icloud.com.
What we collect and why
When you submit an enquiry, we collect the details you provide — your name, phone number, email address, the service you are interested in, dates, location and anything you include in your message. We use this information solely to respond to your enquiry and to plan any services you ask us to provide. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries.
Who processes your data
Enquiry form submissions are delivered to our inbox by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a form-relay service, and received in our email system. We do not sell your information or share it with anyone else except where required to deliver services you have requested or where the law requires it.
Confidentiality
We treat every enquiry as strictly confidential. Given the nature of our work, we apply need-to-know handling to all client information and are happy to enter into a non-disclosure agreement before discussing your requirements in detail.
Retention
We keep enquiry information only as long as needed to respond and, where an engagement follows, for the duration of the engagement plus any period required by law or insurance. Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are deleted within 12 months.
Your rights
- You can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you.
- You can ask us to correct or delete it.
- You can object to or ask us to restrict our use of it.
- You can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) if you are unhappy with how we handle your data.
To exercise any of these rights, contact dalpinder02@icloud.com.
